基于《内经》"既病防变"理论辨治大肠癌探析
Analysis of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer Based on the Theory of"Preventing Disease Progression after Illness"in the Neijing
摘要
Abstract
Guided by the"preventing disease progression after illness"theory and combined with the theory of"accumulation of damp-heat,stasis,turbidity,and toxic evil,and spleen deficiency with impaired transportation",the transmission of colorectal cancer is closely related to spleen deficiency with impaired transportation,and damp-heat,stasis,and toxic evil interact with each other,forming a vicious cycle.Staged treatment can effectively interrupt the transmission chain of"damp-heat-stasis and turbidity-cancerous toxic evil":in the early stage,the treatment focuses on clearing damp-heat,and Sanren Decoction is selected to eliminate damp-heat in the three jiao;in the middle stage,damp and stasis are intertwined,and Gexia Zhuyu Decoction is used to break blood and eliminate masses;in the late stage,cancerous toxic evil is rampant,and Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Sijunzi Decoction is used to fight cancer and detoxify,and the basic formula of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Yupingfeng Powder is used throughout to strengthen the spleen and qi and prevent transmission.The"preventing disease progression after illness"theory provides a three-dimensional diagnosis and treatment idea of"differentiating pathogenesis-interrupting transmission-strengthening the root"for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.Its staged differentiation and treatment strategy is of great significance for improving the comprehensive effect of treatment and prognosis of colorectal cancer,and this research has certain clinical value.关键词
