Tang Rongchuan's Thought of Treating Phlegm-fluid Disease Based on Differentiation of Qi,Blood,Yin and Yang
摘要
Abstract
Tang Rongchuan was a famous doctor in the late Qing Dynasty. His Treatise on Blood Syndrome took Yin and Yang of Qi and blood as the key link to differentiate and treat phlegm-fluid disease, and constructed a unique theoretical system.Based on the theory of yin and Yang Qi and blood, this paper analyzes Tang Rongchuans academic thoughts on the differentiation and treatment of phlegm-fluid retention disease from four aspects:Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction, blood deficiency and fire hyperactivity, yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity,Yang deficiency and water flooding.Based on the theory of the rise and fall of Qi,the profit and loss of blood, and the mutual root of yin and Yang,Tang proposed the treatment methods of regulating qi and resolving phlegm to relieve depression and depression, clearing heart and purging fire to nourish blood and moisten dryness, nourishing kidney yin to moisten dryness and resolve phlegm, warming kidney and helping yang to strengthen spleen and diuresis, emphasizing that the generation of phlegm is closely related to the dynamic imbalance of yin and Yang of Qi and blood. Its treatment focuses on Regulating Qi to restore body fluid distribution, balancing yin and yang to make deficiency fire and cold drink, which embodies the syndrome differentiation and treatment characteristics of Qi and blood homology and Yin and Yang mutual aid,and provides the theoretical basis and ideas for the clinical treatment of phlegm-fluid disease.关键词
