Exploring theTreatment Plan for Myasthenia Gravis with"Yangming as the Pivot and the Five Organs as the Roots"through the Combination of Pivot and Root Regulation

Abstract
Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease characterized by partial or systemic skeletal muscle fatigue and exacerbation during movement.In recent years,with the serious aging of the population,the incidence rate of myasthenia gravis has increased significantly,but there is no specific drug due to the complexity and variability of the syndrome.Based on the theory of"treating impotence with yang ming alone",the author discussed the treatment scheme of"yang ming as the pivot,five zang organs as the root,and the pivot root is adjusted simultaneously"from the perspectives of yang ming and five zang organs,acupuncture and moxibustion,and hierarchical treatment;Clarify the core position of"Yangming"in the circulation of qi and blood and its close relationship with MG,emphasize that we cannot be confined to Yangmings spleen and stomach,and should combine the analysis of the five organs to treat the syndrome,proposing the important idea of"combining tonifying and tonifying,and treating the symptoms with the same root cause";Based on the principle of"Yangming as the pivot and the five organs as the root",the author explores multidimensional treatment strategies for myasthenia gravis by harmonizing qi and blood,and balancing the five organs,and explores traditional Chinese medicine treatment plans for myasthenia gravis,providing innovative ideas for clinical practice.关键词
