浮针疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的思考
Consideration on Fu's Subcutaneous Needling in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis
摘要
Abstract
Fus subcutaneous needling has remarkable effective in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and has been widely used in clinical practice.However,it still faces the problems of unclear distribution of the inserting sites,undefined treatment mechanism and lack of objective indicators to evaluate muscle change.Based on learning from teacher of FSN,clinical experience and existing literature review,we proposed a new consideration on the distribution of the inserting sites of FSN,discussed the principle of FSN in the treatment of AS from the perspective of immune regulation about muscle and biomechanical mechanism,and introduced shear wave elastography to accurately evaluate the therapeutic effect of FSN on muscle changes in AS patients through scientific means.This paper aims to provide a new exploration direction for the basic and clinical research of FSN in treatment of AS.关键词
