Abstract
Based on a survey of selected comprehensive universities in Liaoning Province and grounded in their disciplinary characteristics and management scenarios,the current status and core problems of informatization construction for teaching management in comprehensive universities were analyzed.An informatization framework for teaching management termed"three-dimensional drive and four-layer reconstruction"was constructed.Specifically,the"three-dimensional drive"encompassed three core dynamics:technology empowerment,institutional reshaping,and personnel collaboration.The"four-layer reconstruction"involved four major transformation goals:management philosophy,business processes,service models,and evaluation systems.On this basis,an implementation pathway centered on building a data middle platform and deploying full-scene smart applications was proposed,which can effectively promote the transformation of teaching management from"digitization"to"digital intelligence",so as to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the high-quality development of higher education.关键词
