清肠止泻丸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingchang Zhixie Pills on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods:Eighty patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received trimebutine maleate tablets,while the observation group received Qingchang Zhixie Pills.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant reductions in symptom scores,Irritable Bowel Syndrome Symptom Severity Scale(IBS-SSS)scores,serum 5-HT and IL-6 levels,and Bristol Stool Form Scale grades,while Irritable Bowel Syndrome Quality of Life(IBS-QOL)scores increased.The improvements in all indicators were superior in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingchang Zhixie Pills demonstrate good efficacy in treating IBS-D.关键词
