透刺吞咽针法及涤痰汤加减治疗脑卒中恢复期假性球麻痹吞咽障碍效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of penetrating acupuncture for swallowing combined with Modified Ditan Decoction on dysphagia due to pseudobulbar palsy in the recovery stage of stroke.Methods:Eighty-eight patients were divided into two groups.Forty-two cases in the control group received Modified Ditan Decoction alone,while forty-six cases in the study group received penetrating acupuncture for swallowing combined with Modified Ditan Decoction.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TGF-β1 and VEGF,as well as the VFSS and SWAL-QOL scores,were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Penetrating acupuncture for swallowing combined with Modified Ditan Decoction demonstrates good therapeutic efficacy in treating dysphagia due to pseudobulbar palsy during the recovery phase of stroke.关键词
