涤痰利咽汤辅治脑梗死吞咽功能障碍临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ditan Liyan Decoction as an adjuvant treatment for dysphagia in patients with cerebral infarction of the wind-phlegm and blood-stasis type.Methods:A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received the phlegm-resolving and orifice-opening acupuncture method and routine swallowing function training,and the observation group was additionally treated with Ditan Liyan Decoction.Results:After treatment,the VFSS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The WST score was lower(P<0.05);the maximum amplitude of sEMG was greater(P<0.05);the serum levels of IGF-1,PAO,and H-FABP were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ditan Liyan Decoction as an adjuvant therapy could improve the therapeutic effect on dysphagia in cerebral infarction with the wind-phlegm and blood-stasis type.关键词
