左归丸加减配合耳穴压豆治疗早发性卵巢功能不全临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Modified Zuogui Pills combined with auricular acupressure in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI).Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received Modified Zuogui Pills,and the experimental group additionally received auricular acupressure.Results:After treatment,the TCM symptom score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The reductions in serum FSH and LH levels and the increases in E2 and AMH levels were greater in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zuogui Pills combined with auricular acupressure has a good therapeutic effect on POI.关键词
