基于铁镍MOF/CNF的呋喃妥因传感器增强机制研究
Study on the enhancement mechanism of nitrofurantoin sensors based on Fe/Ni-MOF@carbon nanofiber
摘要
Abstract
Nitrofurantoin(NFT),an oral nitrofuran antibiotic widely used in healthcare, agriculture, and livestock industries, has led to the gradual accumulation of its residues in environmental media and food chain due to large-scale application. This has subsequently triggered various environmental pollution issues.Such pollutants not only disrupt ecological balance but also pose severe challenges to public health and global economic development. To ad-dress the challenge of detecting antibiotic residues in water bodies, this study synthesized iron-nickel metal-organic framework(Fe/Ni-MOF)via a hydrothermal method and further compounded it with carbon nanofibers(CNF)to prepare the Fe/Ni-MOF@CNF composite.Compared to the standalone Fe/Ni-MOF,the incorporation of CNF sig-nificantly enhanced the material's electron transport efficiency while exposing more accessible active sites, thereby improving its overall electrochemical performance. An electrochemical sensor constructed based on this composite material enabled highly sensitive detection of nitrofurantoin, with a detection limit of 0.082 µM and a linear response range spanning from 0.19 µM to 3 mM.In addition, the sensor exhibited excellent selectivity, reproducibility, and stability. In spiked recovery tests conducted on lake water samples, the sensor demonstrated outstanding recovery rates(99.32%~102.81%),offering a promising analytical tool for rapid and accurate detection of antibiotic residues in environmental water bodies.关键词
