建筑企业数字化转型的驱动路径研究
Research on the Driving Pathways for Digital Transformation in Construction Enterprises:A Configuration Analysis Based on the"Push-Pull-Mooring"Framework

Abstract
Digital transformation is crucial for enhancing the competitiveness of construction enterpri-ses.This study constructed a"Push-Pull-Mooring"framework and applied the fsQCA method to data from 54 listed construction companies.It examined how six factors-digital policy,peer pressure,technological innovation capability,digital resource investment,organizational adaptability,and firm size-combine to drive digital transformation.The results show that no single factor is necessary for high-level digital transformation.Instead,four configuration pathways emerge:"Technology Innovation-Driven""Technology Breakthrough-Driven""Policy-Technology Dual-Drive"and"All-Element-Driven."These findings clarify the complex interplay of factors in the digital transformation of construction firms.They can help companies choose the most suitable pathway based on their own characteristics to achieve their digital transformation goals.关键词
