摘要
Abstract
Effective construction schedule management is essential throughout the project lifecycle. It reduces hidden costs such as work stoppages, rushed work, and delays due to material shortages, while also enhancing corporate reputation and market competitiveness. To address schedule delays, this study used the Guangdong H redevelopment project as a case study. This paper analyzed dynamic control records and historical data to identify key factors affecting progress. The TOC-6S model was in-troduced to identify bottlenecks and optimize construction workflows, which improved efficiency and enabled dynamic, controllable schedule management. The results show that this approach not only re-solves schedule management challenges but also deliveres significant benefits in cost savings, quality assurance, and safety. The study provides a theoretical basis and practical pathway for shifting the construction industry from experience-driven practices to precision bottleneck management, thereby improving overall resource utilization.关键词
