Abstract
Chylous leakage is an uncommon but potentially severe complication following cervical lymph node dissection for thyroid cancer.Persistent or high-output leakage may result in hypoproteinemia,malnutrition,fluid and electrolyte disturbances,immunosuppression,wound infection,skin-flap necrosis,and chylothorax,and in severe cases,it may cause respiratory or circulatory compromise.Based on the Chinese expert consensus,recent case series,retrospective studies,and personal experiences,this paper summarized the epidemiology,risk factors,clinical classification,diagnostic pathways,stepwise treatment strategies,and prognosis of chylous leakage,providing a reference for standardized and individualized clinical management.关键词
