边境节日复合型共享赋能共同体建设
Composite Sharing of Border Festivals and Empowerment for Community Building:A Field Study of Mazongshan Town on the China-Mongolia Border

Abstract
Land borders serve as the frontier where the Chinese national community and the community with a shared future for neighboring countries converge.Border festivals,in this context,act as effective vehicles for fostering the development of the Chinese national community and the construction of a community with a shared future for neigh-boring countries.Under the multiple backgrounds including tourism integration,the ethnic traditional festivals in Mazong-shan Town on the China-Mongolia border have undergone four stages:early foundation,initial development,rapid growth,and innovative development.These festivals have now evolved into a composite,shared form of border festival culture that transcends ethnic,regional,and occupational boundaries.In this process,border festivals continuously empower bor-der communities with a sense of community through five pathways:reaffirming the shared national identity of border de-fense to enhance political empowerment,building cross-regional exchange networks to enhance economic empowerment,creating platforms for cultural exhibition and mutual learning to enhance cultural empowerment,uniting diverse social ac-tors to enhance social empowerment,and internalizing shared spiritual qualities to enhance value empowerment,thereby providing a practical model for the construction of the Chinese national community in border areas and even the building of a community with a shared future for neighboring countries.关键词
