From Paired Assistance to Win-Win Cooperation:Thirty-Year Development Achievements and Inspirations of Fujian-Ningxia Collaboration

Abstract
Over the past thirty years,Fujian-Ningxia collaboration has realized a historic transformation:evolving from one-way transfusion-style paired assistance,to two-way endogenesis-oriented coordinated development,and further toward region-wide joint construction and shared benefits.It serves as a vivid paradigm demonstrating how the strengths of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the Communist Party of China's ethnic policies are implemented in ethnic-minority regions.Throughout its development,the collaboration takes the Party's overall leadership as the funda-mental guarantee,a closed-loop institutional system as its long-term operational foundation,the fostering of local endoge-nous impetus as core support,the implementation of the Party's ethnic policies as its political cornerstone,and princi-ple-centered innovation as its driving force for iterative progress.Jointly these factors bring about outstanding develop-mental outcomes.Fujian-Ningxia collaboration offers replicable and promotable practical experience for nationwide east-west cooperation.It also provides meaningful global references for mitigating regional development gaps and advanc-ing inclusive growth.To deepen Fujian-Ningxia Collaboration in the new era,we should take forging the sense of commu-nity for the Chinese nation as the principal guideline,take the development of trans-regional new quality productive forces as the driving lever,and steadily construct a highly integrated trans-regional development community with a shared future under the strategic frameworks of common prosperity and Chinese-style modernization.关键词
