How Does Artificial Intelligence Empower the Construction of New Liberal Arts?

Abstract
The rapid development of artificial intelligence has brought both opportunities and challenges to the construction of new liberal arts.To understand the research status of artificial intelligence empowering new liberal arts construction,this paper employs co-occurrence graph analysis to reveal the different focuses of new liberal arts construction at home and abroad,and extracts the research hotspots of artificial intelligence empowering the construction of new liberal arts in China.Taking this as the direction for thinking and combining the ethical issues that may rise from technology empowerment,the paper summarizes the shortcomings urgently needed to be overcome in China's new liberal arts construction.In response to these shortcomings,this paper proposes specific paths for artificial intelligence empowering the construction of new liberal arts by referring to relevant cases and research findings at home and abroad,including establishing a demand-driven mechanism for cultivating liberal arts students,coordinating and integrating resources to advance the digital transformation of liberal arts education,promoting the cross-fusion of new liberal arts through"innovation",and strengthening risk prevention as well as upholding humanistic values.This paper responds to the question"how artificial intelligence could empower the construction of new liberal arts",and could provide references for universities in China to carry out the new liberal arts construction,and help to form a new liberal arts ecosystem that balances technological warmth and humanistic strength.关键词
