农村医养结合养老服务需求现状调查与对策研究
Investigation into the current demand for integrated elderly care and medical services in rural areas and research on countermeasures:a case study of a town in Guangdong province

Abstract
Objective This study aims to investigate the current demand for and supply issues related to integrated eld-erly care and medical services in rural areas,providing practical references for similar townships and supporting the implementa-tion of the national healthy aging strategy.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted using a self-administered question-naire,with cluster sampling of elderly residents in Longwei Town,Jieyang City.Results The proportion of the elderly aged 80 and above was 42.0%,with females accounting for 69.6%.Among the respondents,71.7%had an education level of primary school or below,and 66.3%relied financially on their children.Factor analysis extracted six common demand factors,such as policy and activity support,and medical and daily care security,cumulatively explaining 53.94%of the total variance.Cluster a-nalysis identified four distinct demand profiles:comprehensive-balanced(41.7%),facility-dependent(12.5%),economically-challenged(4.6%),and health-autonomous(41.3%).Notably,49.6%(119/240)of the elderly reported insufficient funds for old-age care.A significant association was found between the need for daily living assistance and the accessibility of eldercare institutions(x2=4.128,P=0.042).Conclusion It is recommended to address the challenges in integrated elderly care and medical services by optimizing service provision,enhancing service quality,and ensuring long-term sustainability.关键词
