高质量发展背景下公立医院清廉单元建设优化路径探析
An analysis of the optimization paths for the construction of integrity units in public hospitals under the background of high-quality development:a case study of a tertiary grade a hospital in Tianjin

Abstract
The construction of clean units(departments)in public hospitals is a key link and important means to pro-mote the extension of clean hospital construction to the grassroots level.Against the background of the Tianjin Municipal Health Commission's promotion of clean hospital construction and the"Clean Breeze Initiative",this article takes the practice of a Class-A tertiary hospital in Tianjin as an example.Based on the PDCA cycle theory,it systematically expounds the operable paths for the construction of clean units in public hospitals from four dimensions:consolidating the foundation with ideology,strengthe-ning system construction through"system+culture",driving development with indicators,and improving quality and efficiency by focusing on key points and promoting overall progress,so as to provide reference for the disciplinary guarantee of high-quality development of public hospitals in the new era.关键词
