Abstract
Objective Currently,public hospitals generally lack a quantifiable evaluation system in their work of develo-ping Party members.How to establish a rigorous,objective,and standardized assessment framework has become a critical issue urgently needing resolution in the field of Party building within public hospitals.Methods Since 2019,municipal public hospi-tals in City WZ have utilized action learning tools in their discussions and research,resulting in the formation of an evaluation in-dicator model for Party member development in public hospitals.They have also implemented a competitive evaluation mechanism featuring a"three-aspect scoring system"and a"three-aspect whole-process control system."Results Following implementa-tion,significant improvements were observed in the proportion of new Party members with higher education backgrounds,senior professional titles,and young medical personnel.These results demonstrate the model's efficacy in optimizing membership struc-ture and enhancing quality.Conclusion The evaluation indicator model serves as a valuable managerial tool for Party member development.It provides a referential framework for public hospitals at different administrative levels.关键词
