公立医院党员基本培训的实践研究
A practical study on the basic training for CPC(communist party of China)members in public hospi-tals

Abstract
The"National CPC Member Training and Education Work Plan(2024-2028)"states that"the role of CPC member training and education should be more prominent,daily education should be more standardized,and the regular training,especially the basic training mechanism,should be more complete."The"Outline for the Construction of an Education-Powerful Country(2024-2035)"states,"Carry out basic training for CPC members in the education system."Over the past two years,many public hospitals,as affiliated hospitals of universities,have conducted basic training for CPC members.The research group conducted an initial investigation into the content,form,demand and effectiveness of the basic training for CPC members in sev-eral affiliated hospitals of universities in Shanghai over the past two years,explored experiences,identified existing problems and analyzed their causes,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for conducting and improving CPC member training and ed-ucation work.关键词
