"医工交叉"背景下"党建+人才培养"新模式的探索
Exploration of a new model of party building+talent cultivation under the background of medicine-en-gineering interdisciplinarity

Abstract
In the high-quality development of public hospitals,the Party's leadership is the fundamental guarantee and core support for the construction of medical and health talent teams.Based on the Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology,this paper focuses on the prominent problems existing in the work of Party building and talent cultivation,such as"prioritizing professional work over Party building","inadequate integration",and"imperfect mechanisms".Taking the B=MAP behavior model as the theoretical analysis framework,this study innovatively proposes and practices a trinity talent cultiva-tion model of"Party building+cultural guidance,Party building+integration of medicine and engineering,and Party building+institutional improvement",and endeavors to construct a talent training system of"forging the soul,strengthening capabilities and consolidating the foundation".Through distinctive measures including the two-way cultivation of Party members,the integration of medical and university resources,and the establishment of a closed-loop dynamic evaluation mechanism,the dilemma of"two skins"(disconnection)between Party building and talent cultivation is effectively resolved.This practice provides a referential practical path for implementing the Party's principle of managing talents and deepening the integration of medicine and engineering.关键词
