扫白茴风丸对白癜风豚鼠皮肤黑素合成的影响研究
Effect of Sao Bai Hui Feng pill on melanin synthesis in the skin of guinea pigs with vitiligo

Abstract
Objective It is to observe the effect of Sao Bai Hui Feng pill(SBHFP)on melanin synthesis in the skin of guinea pigs with vitiligo.Methods Thirty-two guinea pigs were randomly divided into blank group,model group,SBHFP group and vitiligo pill group,with 8 guinea pigs in each group.Distilled water was applied to the depilated area in the blank group,while 5％H2O2 was applied to the depilated area in the other groups,all twice daily,continuously treated for 60 days.Starting on the 21st day,the SBHFP group and vitiligo pill group were administered their respective medications via gastric lavage,while the control group and model group were administered an equal volume of distilled water via gastric lavage,all once daily,continuously treated for 40 days.After the final administration,the depigmentation of the guinea pigs was examined,and the rate of excellent repigmentation was calculated;the melanin distribution in skin tissue was ob-served by HE staining and Masson-Fontana staining,and the number of hair follicles containing melanin was counted;the serum levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and tyrosinase(TYR)were measured according to the kit instructions.Results After the final gavage administration,the area of brownish-black pigmentation in the test ar-ea of guinea pigs in the SBHFP group was significantly larger than that in the model group and vitiligo pill group;the rates of excellent repigmentation in both the vitiligo pill group and SBHFP group were significantly higher than that in the model group(both P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between the vitiligo pill group and SBHFP group(P>0.05);epidermal melanin was"(+++)"in the blank group and"±"in the model group,the number of hair folli-cles containing melanin in the model group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05);epidermal mel-anin was"(++)"in the SBHFP group and"+"in the vitiligo pill group,the numbers of hair follicles containing melanin in both groups were significantly more than that in the model group(both P<0.05),and the SBHFP group was significantly more than the vitiligo pill group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum level of MDA was significantly higher while those of SOD and TYR were significantly lower in the model group(all P<0.05);compared with the model group,the serum levels of MDA were significantly higher while those of SOD and TYR were significantly lower in the SBH-FP group and vitiligo pill group(all P<0.05);furthermore,the serum level of MDA in the SBHFP group was significantly lower(P<0.05),while serum levels of SOD and TYR were significantly higher than those in the vitiligo pill group(both P<0.05).Conclusion SBHFP has a good repigmenting effect on guinea pigs with vitiligo,its mechanism of action may be related to regulating SOD and MDA to alleviate oxidative stress damage.关键词
