补肾益髓方对帕金森病运动症状及磷酸化α-突触核蛋白的影响
Decoction for tonifying kidney and replenishing marrow alleviates motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease via decreasing plasma level of phosphorylated α-Synuclein

Abstract
Objective It is to observe the effect of decoction for tonifying kidney and replenishing marrow on motor symptoms and plasma level of phosphorylated α-synuclein(p-α-syn)in patients with Parkinson's disease,and to explore its possible mechanism of action.Methods Forty-seven patients with PD who were treated at the First Department of Neu-rology of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2022 were random-ly divided into two groups.23 patients in the control group were treated with western medication for against PD,while 24 patients in the observation group were treated with western medication against PD combined with decoction for tonifying kid-ney and replenishing marrow.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The scores of Parts Ⅱ of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS-Ⅱ)and Parts Ⅲ(UPDRS-Ⅲ),as well as the scores of rigidity,bradykinesia,tremor,and axial sign in UPDRS-Ⅲ,the scores of Kidney Deficiency and Marrow Reduction Scale,plasma level of p-α-syn and p-α-syn/total protein ratio before treatment and after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the scores of UPDRS-Ⅱ and UPDRS-Ⅲ,as well as the scores of rigidity,bradykinesia and axial sign in UPDRS-Ⅲ,the scores of Kidney Deficiency and Marrow Reduction Scale,plasma level of p-α-syn and p-α-syn/total protein ratio were significantly lower than those before treatment in the observation group(all P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the scores of tremor in UPDRS-Ⅲ between before and after treatment(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the scores,plasma level of p-α-syn and p-α-syn/total protein ratio between before and after treatment in the control group(all P>0.05);the difference values in UPDRS-Ⅱ scores,UPDRS-Ⅲ scores,UP-DRS-Ⅲ axial sign scores,and Kidney Deficiency and Marrow Depletion Scale scores before and after treatment were all sig-nificantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[58.3%(14/24)vs 26.1%(6/23,P<0.05].Conclusion Decoction for tonifying kidney and replenishing marrow can effectively improve the motor symptoms in PD patients,and its mechanism may involve a re-duction in the level of p-α-syn in plasma.关键词
