2020-2025年安徽省猪繁殖与呼吸综合征血清学和病原学监测研究
Serological and Etiological Surveillance of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome in Anhui Province from 2020 to 2025

Abstract
To comprehensively understand the epidemic and immune status of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)in Anhui province from 2020 to 2025,and to predict the epidemic trend and prevention and control effect of the dis-ease,a total of 23 619 etiological samples and 53 414 serological samples were collected,and PRRS surveillance was conducted using serological and etiological methods.The results showed that the individual qualified rates of PRRS immune antibodies in Anhui province from 2020 to 2025 were 88.34％,87.83％,88.74％,87.12％,91.00％ and 83.01％ respectively,and the herd qualified rates were 92.65％,91.82％,93.84％,90.46％,96.93％ and 88.62％ respectively;the individual positive rates of eti-ology were 0,0.34％,1.29％,3.91％,2.76％ and 4.02％ respectively,and the herd positive rates were 0,4.65％,12.14％,38.49％,26.47％ and 16.13％ respectively.Statistical analysis indicated that there were significant differences in antibody qualified rates among different years(x2=45.32,P＜0.01)and high-ly significant differences in pathogen positive rates(x2=89.76,P＜0.001);highly significant differences were also observed in both antibody qualified rates(x2=28.94,P＜0.01)and Pathogen Positive rates(x2=112.35,P＜0.001)among different farms;there was a significant negative corre-lation between antibody qualified rates and pathogen positive rates(r=-0.82,P＜0.05).The results demonstrated that the overall effect of PRRS immunization in Anhui province was good,but the etiological positive rate showed an upward trend in places such as slaughterhouses,indicating potential risks of viral circulation and transmission.Therefore,patho-gen surveillance and biosecurity prevention and control in key farms should be strengthened.关键词
