2015-2025年北京市某区布鲁氏菌病重点职业人群血清学监测结果分析
Analysis of Serological Surveillance Results of Brucellosis among Key Occupational Populations in A District of Beijing from 2015 to 2025

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the serological surveillance data of brucellosis among key occupational populations in a District,Beijing,from 2015 to 2025,to understand the epidemic trend,and to provide a scientific basis for for-mulating brucellosis prevention and control strategies.A combination of descriptive epidemiology and statistical analysis was a-dopted in this study.From 2015 to 2025,livestock-related workers in selected areas were identified as the key occupational pop-ulation for brucellosis serological surveillance.Whole blood samples were collected and tested for serum antibody positivity u-sing the standard tube agglutination test(SAT).Descriptive epidemiological methods were employed to analyze the epidemiolog-ical characteristics,and statistical analyses,including chi-square tests,were conducted using SPSS 25.0 software.The results showed that:(1)A total of 5 096 serum samples were tested during the surveillance period,with 77 positive cases,resulting in a positivity rate of 1.51％.There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in positivity rates across different years(x2=12.152,P＞0.05);(2)The age distribution of cases was mainly concentrated between 40 and 69 years.The positivity rate was higher in males(83.12％)than in females(16.88％),with a sta-tistically significant difference(x2=12.592,P＜0.05);(3)There were statistically significant differences in positivity rates among different occupational groups(x2=35.242,P＜0.05),with veterinarians and livestock breeders having relatively higher positivity rates;(4)The temporal distribution showed higher in-cidence in spring and summer and lower incidence in autumn and winter,with a peak in cases occurring from March to June;(5)There were statistically significant differences in positivity rates among different regions(x2=80.080,P＜0.05);The eastern region(including towns in the northeastern and southeastern areas)was identified as the high-prevalence area for brucello-sis;(6)The main clinical manifestations included fatigue,fe-ver,and joint pain.The study suggested that the relevant au-thorities in the district of Beijing should continue to strengthen prevention and control efforts in high-incidence areas and among key populations,optimize the epidemic sur-veillance and early warning system,effectively reduce occu-pational exposure risks,and ensure public health security.关键词
