商洛市牛羊布鲁氏菌病无疫区建设中畜间布病专项监测路径分析

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the city-wide approach to establishing a brucellosis-free zone for cattle and sheep in response to the small-scale and scattered farming pattern in mountainous areas,with the goal of achieving brucellosis eradica-tion in livestock.The results showed that from 2022 to 2025,Shangluo city implemented four rounds of special brucellosis sur-veillance and one round of intensive brucellosis surveillance across the entire administrative region.A total of 177 900 cattle and sheep samples were tested,with 975 positive individuals detected.A total of 1 079 positive animals and high-risk contact animals were culled and safely disposed of.Following four years of surveillance and eradication efforts,full coverage of the cattle and sheep populations in Shangluo was achieved,and the positive rate decreased year by year from 1.34％ in cattle and 2.07％ in sheep in 2022 to 0％ in 2025,indicating that city-wide brucellosis eradication in livestock had been largely achieved.关键词
