天水市畜产品安全监管现状、问题与对策研究
Current Situation,Problems,and Countermeasures of Livestock Product Safety Supervision in Tianshui City:An Empirical Analysis Based on Swine Quarantine Data

Abstract
Based on the animal quarantine supervision data of Tianshui city in 2024,combined with field survey findings,this study systematically analyzes the current situation,existing problems,and causes of livestock product safety supervision in Tianshui city.The research shows that livestock product safety supervision in Tianshui city faces prominent issues such as a structural shortage of the official veterinary team,loopholes in the supervision of live swine transport,and increased regulatory difficulty caused by the decentralized farming model.These problems make it difficult to eradicate illegal transport(accounting for 38％)and private slaughtering.In response to the above issues,this paper proposes four major targeted countermeasures and suggestions to provide a reference for improving the safety assurance level of livestock products.关键词
