羔羊腹泻病的中兽医辨证施治研究
Research on Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Lamb Diarrhea Disease

Abstract
Lamb diarrhea is a common gastrointestinal syndrome in large-scale sheep farming,with a particularly high inci-dence rate of 20％-30％ during the suckling to weaning period and a mortality rate of 15％-20％.Addressing issues such as antibiotic resistance,intestinal microecological imbalance,and drug residues caused by antibiotic treatment,this study aims to establish a quantifiable and reproducible integrated Chinese and Western medicine prevention and treatment protocol based on the"holistic concept"and"differentiated diagnosis and treatment"theories of Chinese veterinary medicine.The study examined 217 cases of lamb diarrhea occurring between September 2023 and September 2025 across five large-scale sheep farms in Liang-zhou district,Wuwei city,Gansu province.Cases were classified according to traditional Chinese veterinary medicine(TVM)syndrome differentiation criteria,with corresponding treatment proto-cols applied to each syndrome type.Results showed that a-mong the 217 cases of lamb diarrhea,199 were cured,yield-ing a cure rate of 91.7％ and an overall effective rate of 98.6％.Among the syndrome types:Cold-dampness obstruc-ting the spleen:cure rate 94.8％,average cure time(3.2±0.8)days;Damp-heat accumulation,the cure rate for cold-dampness obstructing the spleen was 94.8％(average cure time:3.2±0.8 days);for damp-heat accumulation,it was 92.1％(average:4.1±1.2 days);for the food stagnation in-juring the stomach pattern,it was 95.2％(average:2.8±0.6 days);for the spleen deficiency with impaired transport pat-tern,it was 86.1％(average:6.3±1.5 days);and for the epi-demic pathogenic toxin pattern,it was 83.3％(average:5.8±1.4 days).Compared with the same period in 2022,antibi-otic usage decreased by 62.3％,and the recurrence rate dropped from 23.5％ to 8.3％.The study demonstrates that the integrated Chinese and Western medicine protocol based on syndrome differentiation effectively treats various types of lamb diarrhea.It maintains a high cure rate while significant-ly reducing antibiotic use,showing particular advantages in non-infectious diarrhea and the recovery phase of infectious diarrhea.This approach provides technical support for green and healthy animal husbandry.关键词
