张掖市猪主要疫病流行现状及本土化综合防控技术研究
Study on the Epidemic Status of Major Swine Diseases and Localized Integrated Prevention and Control Technology in Zhangye City

Abstract
To clarify the epidemic regularity of swine diseases in Zhangye city,located in the central Hexi Corridor,and solve the problems of disease prevention and control in local pig breeding,a comprehensive epidemiological survey was conducted in large-scale pig farms,breeding communities and free-range households in 6 counties and districts of Zhangye city from 2024 to 2025.A total of 2 160 serum samples,pathological materials and environmental samples were collected.The epidemic character-istics of swine diseases in the region were analyzed through pathogen detection,antibody monitoring combined with clinical in-quiry.The results showed that the main swine diseases in Zhangye city were porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine epidemic diarrhea,classical swine fever and pseudorabies;the prevention and control situation of African swine fever was stable with no epidemic.The diseases were characterized by high incidence in winter and spring,widespread mixed infection and weak prevention and control in small and medium-sized farms.Combined with the regional characteristics of Zhangye city,such as arid and little rainfall,large temperature difference between day and night,and coexistence of large-scale breeding and free-range breeding,an integrated prevention and control technology system was constructed,including upgraded biosecurity,opti-mized localized immunization procedures,gridded disease monitoring and refined feeding management.After field ap-plication,the incidence of swine diseases in pig farms under the jurisdiction decreased by 68.3％,the qualified rate of im-mune antibodies against major diseases increased to more than 87％,and the production performance of live pigs was significantly improved.This study formed a swine disease prevention and control scheme suitable for Zhangye,provi-ding technical basis for the healthy development of the re-gional pig industry.关键词
