不同月龄云上黑山羊体重与肌内CNTD1基因表达的相关性
Correlation between body weight and intramuscular CNTD1 gene expression in Yunshang Black goats at different months of age

Abstract
This study aimed to explore the correlation between the expression level of the CNTD1 gene in the muscle and the growth and de-velopment of Yunshang Black goats,so as to provide basic research data for subsequent breeding of this breed.A total of 30 male Yunshang Black goats were selected,including 5 goats in each of 6 age groups(4,5,8,9,18,and 19 months old).Biceps femoris tissue samples were obtained by in vivo sampling,and the relative expression level of the CNTD1 gene in the muscle tissue of the rams at different months of age was systematically detected using quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR).The qPCR results showed that there were significant differ-ences in the expression level of the CNTD1 gene in the muscle of the rams at different months of age.The order of expression levels from high to low were:18 months old＞19 months old＞8 months old＞9 months old＞4 months old＞5 months old;which showed an overall increas-ing trend with the growth process.Further correlation analysis between the body weight data of the Yunshang Black goats at each month of age and the corresponding CNTD1 gene expression level revealed a correlation coefficient(r)of 0.853 2 and a significance test P-value of 0.030 8(P＜0.05),reaching a statistically significant level.In conclusion,there is a significant positive correlation between the expression level of the CNTD1 gene and the body weight gain of Yunshang Black goats.The results of the present study suggested that the age-related expression difference of the CNTD1 gene might provide a potential theoretical reference for marker-assisted selection of Yunshang Black goats,and might be expected to lay a research foundation for optimization of subsequent breeding programs and improvement of breed produc-tion performance.关键词
