三元杂交模式对舍饲肉羊生长性能及胴体性状的影响研究
Effects of three-way crossbreeding model on growth performance and carcass traits of feedlot meat sheep

Abstract
To screen out the high-quality mutton sheep cross combinations suitable for intensive feeding conditions in Wuwei,Gansu Prov-ince,the Tan-suffolk F1 hybrids(Tan sheep♂×Small-tailed Han sheep♀)were used as maternal parents,and Dorper sheep,Australian White sheep and Suffolk sheep were respectively selected as terminal sires to establish three-way cross combinations(namely Dorper-Tan-Suffolk,DTH;Australian White-Tan-Suffolk,ATH;and Suffolk-Tan-Suffolk,STH).Meanwhile,the male lambs of Tan-suffolk F1 hy-brids(TH)were set as the control group,and a systematic analysis was conducted on the effects of different crossbreeding patterns on the growth performance and carcass traits of the intensively reared lambs.The results showed as follows:In terms of growth performance,the final body weight and average daily gain(ADG)of the 3 three-way cross groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05),while their feed conversion ratio(FCR)was significantly lower(P＜0.05).Among them,the STH group performed the best,with ADG increased by 24.11%compared with the control group.In terms of slaughter performance,the carcass weight and dressing percentage of the 3 three-way cross groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the lean meat percentage and eye mus-cle area of the STH group were superior to the other groups.In terms of meat quality,the shear force of the 3 three-way cross groups was sig-nificantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the crude protein content of the ATH and STH groups,and the crude fat content of the STH group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the pH value,cooked meat percentage and other indicators among all groups(P＞0.05).In conclusion,the three-way crossbreeding model significantly im-proved the growth performance and carcass quality of the feedlot meat sheep,and the STH combination had the best comprehensive perform-ance,which might be appropriate for large-scale promotion and application in the local area.关键词
