摘要
Abstract
The 15th Five-Year Plan period is a crucial strategic window for China to speed up work to realize the goal of building a strong educational system. The building of a strong graduate educational system plays a significant leading role in building China into a leading country in education.Against this backdrop, answering the contemporary question of"how graduate education can contribute to building a leading country in education"can clarify the scientific connotations and extensions of building a strong graduate educational system from three dimensions:strategic development logic, scientific and technological innovation-driven logic, and human capital logic, and grasp the practical basis for the high-quality development of graduate education.During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, graduate education still faces prominent structural contradictions, specifically manifested as an imbalance in the talent supply and demand structure, lagging strategic service capabilities, and weak scientific and technological innovation capabilities, which profoundly restrict the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents, the layout of disciplines and specialties, and the allocation of strategic resources. To address these challenges, four practical approaches are proposed:enhancing the capacity to independently cultivate top-notch innovative talents to build a high-quality system for cultivating graduate talents;leveraging the role of high-level research universities as the cradle of scientific and technological innovation to promote the leap in the level of original innovation;aligning the setting of disciplines and specialties with national strategic needs to establish a dynamically responsive discipline system;and constructing an independent knowledge system of Chinese graduate education to enhance the influence of graduate education.关键词
