工业智能化对城市质量竞争力的影响研究
The Impact of Industrial Intelligence on Urban Quality Competitiveness

Abstract
Against the backdrop of China's accelerated efforts to build a quality-strong nation,industrial intelligence has become an important driver of urban economic restructuring and quality upgrading.However,the mechanisms through which industrial intelligence affects urban quality competitiveness have yet to be systematically examined.Using panel data for 285 prefecture-level cities in China from 2005 to 2022,this study constructs an evaluation index of urban quality competitiveness and empirically investigates the effects and underlying mechanisms of industrial intelligence.The results show that industrial intelligence significantly enhances urban quality competitiveness.This positive effect is more pronounced in eastern cities,cities with higher levels of marketization,central cities and resource-endowed cities.Mechanism analysis indicates that industrial intelligence strengthens urban quality competitiveness mainly by facilitating the inflow of innovation talent and innovation capital and by enhancing coordination within innovation networks.This study enriches the theoretical framework for understanding the relationship between industrial intelligence and urban quality competitiveness and provides robust empirical evidence for advancing quality-oriented urban development strategies and accelerating intelligent transformation.The findings also offer policy implications for improving urban quality development,narrowing quality disparities across cities and promoting high-quality economic development.关键词
