苏黄止咳胶囊联合三联雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床研究
Clinical Study on Suhuang Zhike Capsules Combined with Triple Nebulization Inhalation for Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Suhuang Zhike Capsules combined with triple nebulization inhalation in treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:A total of 121 AECOPD patients treated at Deqing County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=61)and the control group(n=60)according to the treatment schemes.Both groups were treated with conventional basic treatment,the control group was treated with triple atomization inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Suhuang Zhike Capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared,and the changes in 6-minute walking distance,lung function indexes[maximum ventilation volume per minute(MMV),forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second],inflammatory indexes[C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-17A(IL-17A),interleukin-8(IL-8)]and immune function(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+)in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the total efficiency of clinical efficacy in the observation group was 95.08%(59/61),and that in the control group was 83.33%(50/60),the difference being significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the 6-minute walking distance,MMV,forced vital capacity,and forced expiratory volume in one second in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the CRP,PCT,IL-17A,and IL-8 values of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the above four index values of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the values of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the above three index values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.28%(2/61),and that in the control group was 5.00%(3/60).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Suhuang Zhike Capsules combined with triple nebulization inhalation shows good efficacy in the treatment of AECOPD,significantly improves lung function,enhances immune function,and has high safety.关键词
