皮肤熏洗方联合火针治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮临床研究
Clinical Study on Skin Fumigation-Washing Prescription Combined with Fire Needle Therapy for Acne of Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of skin fumigation-washing prescription combined with fire needle therapy in the treatment of acne of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acne of spleen-stomach damp-heat type admitted to Pinghu Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January to November 2025 were enrolled and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fire needle therapy alone,while the observation group received combined treatment with skin fumigation-washing prescription on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The clinical effects,skin lesion scores,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,inflammatory factor levels,and the adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 100%(30/30)in the observation group,higher than that of 80.00%(24/30)in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were decreased significantly(P＜0.05),and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)in both groups were reduced after treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group showed lower GAGS scores(P＜0.05).The levels of interleukin(IL)-8 and IL-6 in the two groups declined after treatment(P＜0.05),with lower levels detected in the observation group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).The three-month follow-up after treatment revealed that the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of skin fumigation-washing prescription and fire needle therapy has remarkable effects on acne of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.It can improve skin lesions and TCM syndromes,down-regulate inflammatory factor levels,and possesses high safety.关键词
