五门十变配穴理论指导下小儿推拿联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎临床研究
Clinical Study on Pediatric Tuina Combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in Treating Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis Guided by the Five Gates and Ten Transformations Point Selection Theory

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of pediatric tuina combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis(AR).guided by the five gates and ten transformations point selection theory Methods:A total of 90 children with AR admitted to The People's Hospital of Yuyao from January to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a conventional group and a tuina group using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group received Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray,while the tuina group received additional pediatric tuina guided by the five gates and ten transformations point selection theory based on the conventional group's regimen.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Changes in nasal symptom assessment[Total Nasal Symptom Score(TNSS)and Total Non-Nasal Symptom Score(TNNSS)],traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ)scores,and inflammatory indicators[eosinophil count(EOS)and interleukin-17(IL-17)]were compared before treatment,after two weeks and four weeks of treatment,and at three months after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 86.67%(39/45)in the tuina group,significantly higher than that of 66.67%(30/45)in the conventional group(P＜0.05).TNSS and TNNSS scores decreased in both groups at two weeks,four weeks,and three months after treatment compared to before treatment(P＜0.05),with lower scores in the tuina group at all time points(P＜0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores decreased in both groups at all time points(P＜0.05),with lower scores in the tuina group(P＜0.05).RQLQ scores decreased in both groups at all time points(P＜0.05),with lower scores in the tuina group(P＜0.05).EOS and IL-17 levels decreased in both groups at all time points(P＜0.05),with lower levels in the tuina group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric tuina combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray guided by the five gates and ten transformations point selection theory demonstrates good efficacy in treating pediatric AR.It alleviates AR-related symptoms,reduces inflammatory responses,and improves the quality of life of affected children.关键词
