2019-2024年嘉兴市献血特征的变化趋势分析
Trend analysis of blood donation characteristics in Jiaxing City from 2019 to 2024
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze blood donation characteristics and changing trends in Jiaxing City from 2019 to 2024,and to examine the development characteristics and challenges faced by the regional blood donation system,so as to provide scientific evidence for optimizing blood donation recruitment strategies,improving service quality,and ensuring clinical blood safety.Methods Based on the data of blood donors,blood donation volume,donor characteristics,and blood supply in Jiaxing City from 2019 to 2024,the dynamic changes of regional blood donation characteristics were analyzed.Results(1)The blood donation rate per thousand population was observed to show a phase fluctuation characteristic of an initial increase followed by a decline,and the trends of whole blood donation visits and donation volume were highly consistent with it.(2)The gender structure of blood donors remained stable(male∶female ≈ 1.6∶1);the25to＜35 years age group accounted for the highest proportion(average 34％),while the 18 to＜25 years age group was decreased by 40％;office workers(aver-age 24％)and manual workers(average 18％)were identified as the main occupational groups,whereas the proportion of the student group was continuously declined(decrease of 44％).(3)The proportions of single whole blood donations of 300 mL and 400 mL were significantly higher than that of the 200 mL group.(4)The supply trends of red blood cell products and plasma products were consistent,and the platelet supply was shown continuous growth from 2019 to 2023.Conclusion The characteristics of blood donation in Jiaxing City from 2019 to 2024 are"strong demographic support,fluctuating donation rate per thousand population,significant structural differentiation,and high demand for platelets".Therefore,targeted meas-ures should be implemented in the future:strengthening the integration of young migrant donors,promoting normalized blood donation mechanisms in enterprises and universities,optimizing platelet publicity and enhancing collection capacity,and building a long-term mechanism that matches population structure and clinical demands.关键词
