糖尿病患者的角膜参数特征及相关因素分析
Characteristics and associated factors of corneal parameters in diabetic pa-tients

Abstract
Objective To compare corneal parameters between patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and non-diabetes mellitus(NDM)populations,and to analyze the characteristics of corneal parameters in T2DM patients and their associated factors.Methods Between March 2023 and June 2024,90 T2DM patients(90 eyes)and 71 NDM subjects(71 eyes)who attended the ophthalmology department of Anhui No.2 Provincial People's Hospital for refractive errors or cataracts were recruited in this study.The T2DM patients constituted the T2DM group,whilst the NDM subjects formed the control group.Basic demographic information and measurements of the cornea,anterior chamber,lens,pupil,and axial length were recorded for all participants.A multiple linear regression analysis model was employed to compare corneal pa-rameters between the T2DM group and the control group,identify parameters showing significant differences,and analyze the associated factors for each parameter.Results In the T2DM group,anterior corneal elevation(ACE)was significantly higher than that in the control group,whilst the maximum anterior corneal curvature(ACKmax)and corneal astigmatism(CA)were both significantly lower than those in the control group;all differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).In both groups,the total anterior corneal optical density(COD)was significantly greater than the total central COD,and the total central COD was significantly greater than the total posterior COD;all differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.001).In the T2DM group,ACKmax was significantly negatively correlated with axial length(β=-0.934,95％CI:-1.330--0.539)and anterior chamber volume(β=-0.029,95％CI:-0.048--0.011),and was significantly positively correlated with total cholesterol(β=0.459,95％CI:0.169-0.749);all differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05);CA was significantly positively correlated with total cholesterol(β=0.141,95％CI:0.019-0.263),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in ACE,ACKmax,and CA be-tween the T2DM and NDM populations.In patients with T2DM,ACKmax is significantly negatively correlated with axial length and anterior chamber volume,and significantly positively correlated with total cholesterol;CA is significantly positively correlated with total cholesterol.关键词
