Research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of Descemet's membrane detachment
摘要
Abstract
Descemet's membrane detachment(DMD)is a common complication following intraocular surgery.It is es-sentially characterized by the separation of Descemet's membrane from the posterior corneal stroma,resulting in impairment of the corneal endothelial pump function and corneal edema.The occurrence of DMD is associated with multiple risk fac-tors.Clinically,it can be classified and graded based on multiple dimensions,including the height,extent,location,edge mor-phology,and imaging characteristics of the detachment,thereby providing an objective basis for treatment decision-making.This review systematically summarizes the structural basis,risk factors,clinical manifestations,diagnostic techniques,and therapeutic advances of DMD,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for individualized clinical mana-gement.关键词
