摘要
Abstract
Driven by the promotion of green printing concepts and increasingly stringent emission control requirements for volatile organic com-pounds(VOCs),waterborne inks are gradually replacing traditional solvent-based inks, emerging as a crucial developmental trend in the printing industry.Among various waterborne resin systems, waterborne polyurethane(WPU)is seeing increasingly widespread application in packaging and functional printing due to its superior film-forming properties and excellent adhesion. This paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the pollution characteristics and treatment technologies of WPU ink wastewater from three perspectives:pollution sources and composition, treatment process types, and integrated engineering applications.Special emphasis is placed on evaluating the applicability and limitations of specific treat-ment units, such as coagulation-flotation,membrane separation, advanced oxidation processes(AOPs),and biological treatment in engineering practice.Furthermore, drawing upon studies on waterborne ink wastewater, printing wastewater, and related refractory industrial wastewater sys-tems,the relationship between ink formulation design(e.g.,emulsion particle size and additive systems)and wastewater treatability is dis-cussed.This paper aims to further elucidate the pollution characteristics of WPU ink wastewater and the underlying logic of process selection, with the ultimate goal of providing practical references for printing enterprises regarding the comparative selection of wastewater treatment schemes, process route design, and operational management.关键词
