防风通圣乳膏制备工艺研究
Research on the Preparation Process of FangfengTongsheng Cream
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This research aims to optimize the extraction process and formulation process of the FangfengTongsheng Cream.[Meth-ods]Single-factor experiments and orthogonal design were used to optimize the extraction process.The cream was prepared by emulsification,and the optimal base formulation was screened.[Results]The optimal extraction conditions for 7 medicinal materials such as Ephedrae Herba are as follows:fine powder of the medicinal materials is added with 8 times the amount of purified water per gram,soaked for 3 hours,and extracted for 6 hours.For 10 medicinal materials such as Rhubarb,they are in the form of coarse powder,with 15 times the amount of 80%ethanol added per gram of medicinal materials,and extracted 3 times,each time for 1 hour.In terms of the preparation process,the best matrix formula is 15 g of stearic acid,10 g of white petrolatum,10 g of glyceryl monostearate,5 g of polysorbate 80,2 g of sorbitan stearate 60,0.1 g of ethylparaben,and 47.9 mL of distilled water.The preparation process is to add the oil phase to the water phase,with a stirring speed of 300 r/min,and emulsify at 85℃for 5 minutes.[Conclusion]The established extraction and preparation processes are stable and feasible,providing a scientific basis for the production of FangfengTongsheng Cream.关键词
