中医药治疗IgA肾病的文献计量和可视化分析
Bibliometric and Visual Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of IgA Nephropathy

Abstract
Objective To understand the current research hotspots and development trends in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and to provide directions for further research.Methods Relevant literature on TCM treatment of IgA nephropathy was retrieved from databases including CNKI,WANFANG DATA,VIP,and PubMed from 2000 to 2024.CiteSpace software was used to conduct visual analyses of annual publication volume,authors,institutions,and keywords for both Chinese and English literature,and knowledge maps were generated.Results A total of 1580 literatures were included,comprising 1517 in Chinese and 63 in English,with an overall upward trend in annual publication volume.The journals with the highest number of included literatures were Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Nephrology and Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Chinese and English publications,respectively.The core authors were represented by CHEN Hongyu and HE Liqun for Chinese literatures,and Liu BH and Chen XM for English literatures.Core research institutions mainly included Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,and Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,primarily concentrated in China.Keyword analysis indicated that the research focus gradually shifted from early concentrations on clinical symptoms and efficacy,TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and renowned physicians'experiences,to multi-omics approaches exploring the physiopathological mechanisms of IgA nephropathy and the mechanisms of TCM actions,involving emerging disciplines such as molecular docking,data mining,bibliometrics,and network pharmacology.Conclusion Research in the field of TCM treatment of IgA nephropathy has maintained a stable development trend,with continuously increasing intensity and depth.Current research hotspots mainly focus on"treating the kidney via the intestine",multi-target effects of Chinese herbs,optimization of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment regimens,and precision in TCM syndrome-based differentiation and treatment.关键词
