活血化瘀中药联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者疗效的网状Meta分析
Network Meta-analysis of the Efficacy of Chinese Medicine of Promoting Blood Circulation for Removing Blood Stasis Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with different promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis drugs in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation using a network Meta-analysis.Methods PubMed,Cochrane Library,Wanfang,VIP and CNKI were searched by computer,and the search time was set to be from the establishment of each database to January 2025.Literature screening,quality evaluation and data extraction were carried out by two researchers according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.RevMan5.3 and stata14.0 were used for data analysis.Results A total of 28 literatures were included,with a total sample size of 2506 cases.The results of network Meta-analysis suggested that the order of clinical effective rate was Shentong Zhuyu decoction＞Duhuo Jisheng decoction＞Taohong Siwu decoction＞Xuefu Zhuyu decoction＞Bushen Huoxue decoction;the VAS score was ranked as Taohong Siwu decoction＞Duhuo Jisheng decoction＞Shentong Zhuyu decoction＞Xuefu Zhuyu decoction＞Bushen Huoxue decoction;the JOA score was ranked as Bushen Huoxue decoction＞Shentong Zhuyu decoction＞Duhuo Jisheng decoction＞Taohong Siwu decoction.Conclusion The curative effect of 5 Chinese medicines of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better than that of simple acupuncture and moxibustion,and different drugs have their own advantages in pain relief and functional recovery.关键词
