基于中医传承计算平台分析李宗智治疗小儿弱视的用药规律
Analysis of LI Zongzhi's Medication Patterns for Treating Pediatric Amblyopia Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics and rules of prescription medication of Professor LI Zongzhi in treating pediatric amblyopia based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform(V3.5).Methods A sample of pediatric amblyopia medical case records clinically validated by Professor LI Zongzhi between October 28,2022,and July 4,2024,was selected.Utilizing the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,systematic data mining was conducted on information within the case records concerning drug frequency,combinations,and properties,flavors,and meridian tropism.Results A total of 625 effective prescriptions were compiled,comprising 68 chinese herbal medicines.Among these,10 herbs were used over 200 times.They were listed in order as follows:Semen Cassiae,lophatherum herb,debark peony root,Shanzhiren,barbary wolfberry fruit,weeping forsythia capsule,puncturevine caltrop fruit,Chinese yam,gambir plant nod,and Radix Puerariae.The overall medicinal properties lean toward cold and cool,while the taste was predominantly sweet and bitter.The meridian distribution primarily involved the liver,spleen,stomach,kidney,and heart meridians,with the liver meridian as the core.The primary therapeutic effects of the herbs were to tonify deficiency and clear heat.Association rule analysis identified 16 groups of commonly used drug pairs and 28 drug association rules,pinpointing 5 core drugs;clustering analysis extracted 5 core medication clusters.Conclusion Professor LI Zongzhi's approach to treating pediatric amblyopia centers on nourishing and clearing yin of the liver and kidneys.His method combines tonification with clearing,ensuring that clearing does not harm the vital energy.This fully demonstrates his dialectical philosophy of combining attacking and tonifying therapies,as well as his distinctive prescription characteristics.关键词
