社区中老年人群营养素养水平与结直肠癌筛查结果的相关性分析
Correlation Analysis Between Nutritional Literacy Level and Colorectal Cancer Screening Results in Middle-aged and Elderly People in the Community

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between nutritional literacy level and colorectal cancer screening results in middle-aged and elderly people in the community.Methods A cross-sectional study design was used to select 6013 community residents aged 45-74 years old in Shenzhen.A nutrition literacy questionnaire survey was conducted and fecal occult blood test(FIT)was performed simultaneously.Colonoscopy was recommended for those with positive screening.According to the screening results,they were divided into negative,benign,malignant and other groups.Nutritional literacy scores were expressed as median(interquartile range).Kruskal-Wallis χ2 test and Fisher exact probability method were used for comparison between groups.Multiple linear regression and logistic regression models were used for multivariate analysis.Results The overall level of nutritional literacy of the subjects was low,with a median of 67.00(57.50,77.50)scores and a compliance rate of 20.76%.There were significant differences in the total score and compliance rate of nutritional literacy between different CRC screening results(P<0.05),the negative group had the highest score and compliance rate,the benign group and the other groups were lower,and the malignant group was the most.Multivariate analysis showed that after controlling demographic and health-related factors,the nutritional literacy level of the non-negative group(benign,malignant and other combinations)was still lower than that of the negative group.Conclusion The nutritional literacy level of middle-aged and elderly people in the community is closely related to the results of CRC screening.Higher nutritional literacy level may be related to healthier screening results,suggesting that nutritional literacy is an important intervention factor for CRC prevention and control.关键词
