老年高血压患者营养现状、影响因素及其与生活质量的相关性分析
Analysis of the Nutritional Status,Influencing Factors,and Correlation with Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

Abstract
Objective To investigate the nutritional status and influencing factors of elderly patients with hypertension,and to analyze its correlation with quality of life.Methods A total of 446 elderly hypertensive patients from a tertiary hospital in Changsha were surveyed using a General Information Survey Questionnaire,a Short-form Mini-nutritional Assessment,and the SF-36 Health Survey Scale.Results The average score of nutritional status in elderly patients with hypertension was(10.50±2.60)scores,and the incidence of malnutrition and malnutrition risk was 58.07%.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age,physiological function,mental health and health changes were important influencing factors of malnutrition risk in elderly patients with hypertension(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between nutritional status and quality of life in elderly hypertensive patients.Physiological function,role-physical,role-emotional,and mental health were positively correlated with the risk of malnutrition in elderly hypertensive patients,and physical pain,social function,and health changes were negatively correlated.Conclusion Elderly patients with hypertension have a higher incidence of malnutrition and malnutrition risk,and a lower quality of life.There is a significant correlation between the nutritional status and quality of life of elderly hypertensive patients,and the higher the level of malnutrition,the more significant the decline in quality of life.Medical staff should pay attention to the nutritional status of elderly hypertensive patients,conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments,and provide appropriate nutritional interventions.关键词
