Abstract
Objective To evaluate the health risks of medical staff by systematically analyzing their physical examination data,thereby providing evidence for subsequent health management practices.Methods The physical examination report data of in-service and retired rehired medical staff in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital from December 2024 to March 2025 were selected,and the detection of abnormal indicators was combined with gender and age for statistical analysis.Results The top 8 abnormal indicators of male detection rate were pulmonary nodules,electrocardiogram abnormalities,fatty liver,dyslipidemia,thyroid nodules,waist-to-hip ratio exceeding the standard,hypertension,and positive C-14 breath test.The top 8 abnormal indicators of female detection rate were 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency,pulmonary nodules,electrocardiogram abnormalities,thyroid nodules,breast nodules,waist-to-hip ratio exceeding the standard,dyslipidemia,and cervical abnormalities.There were statistically significant differences in the detection rates of hypertension,dyslipidemia,fatty liver,pulmonary nodules and electrocardiogram abnormalities between medical staffs of different genders(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the detection rates of pulmonary nodules,thyroid nodules,fatty liver,dyslipidemia and waist-to-hip ratio exceeding the standard among different age groups of male medical staffs(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the detection rates of thyroid nodules,dyslipidemia,pulmonary nodules,cervical abnormalities,waist-to-hip ratio exceeding the standard,25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency and electrocardiogram abnormalities among different age groups of female medical staffs(P<0.05).Conclusion The health status of medical staffs in this hospital is worthy of attention.The compliance of health examination needs to be improved,and there are metabolic and chronic disease risks.It is necessary to pay more attention to the health status of medical staff and formulate personalized health management strategies and interventions based on occupational characteristics.关键词
