数字时代师范生教育家精神培养路径研究
Research on the Cultivation Path of the Spirit of Educators for Normal School Students in the Digital Era
摘要
Abstract
Teachers constitute the primary resource for educational development and the fundamental force in building a high-quality education system.Digital technologies have reshaped the internal structure and operational logic of education,while placing new demands on teacher education.In the digital age,the spirit of educators serves as the core guidance for normal university students to grow into outstanding teachers in the future.Cultivating normal university students' spirit of educators can enhance their adaptability to digital education,help them develop comprehensive interdisciplinary educational competencies,and motivate them to engage in practices for high-quality and equitable educational development.In practice,the cultivation of the spirit of educators among normal university students faces multiple dilemmas:the crisis of professional identity among normal university students triggered by the impact of digital technologies,difficulties in integrating normal university students' digital literacy with the spirit of educators,and the mismatch between the training model for normal university students and technological transformation.Digital technologies can break through the limitations of traditional training models for normal university students and empower the cultivation of the spirit of educators.Accordingly,digital technologies should be leveraged to construct educational scenarios imbued with the spirit of educators,develop a teacher education curriculum system adapted to the digital transformation of education,build a high-quality professional teaching team committed to practicing the spirit of educators,and optimize the evaluation system for cultivating the spirit of educators embedded with digital technologies,so as to support the development of the future teaching workforce.This is not only related to the individual professional growth of normal university students,but also exerts an indirect influence on the realization of the goal of high-quality educational development.关键词
