Research Progress on the Diagnosis of Depression and Antidepressant Drugs
摘要
Abstract
Depression is a common and serious mental disease that greatly affects the quality of life of patients and causes a great social burden.This paper summarizes the changes in the diagnostic criteria for depression and discusses the use of biomarkers,imaging methods,and artificial intelligence in the clinical diagnosis.Additionally,it points out the recent progress in the development of antidepressant drugs,such as new target-oriented therapies and novel formulations with quicker action and fewer side effects.The purpose of this review is to offer a guide and a source of information for the diagnosis and pharmacological treatment of depression.关键词
