时空信息赋能低空经济的理论逻辑与实现路径
Theoretical Logic and Implementation Paths of Spatiotemporal Information Empowering the Low-Altitude Economy

Abstract
Exploring the application of spatiotemporal information in optimizing resource allocation and risk control of the low-altitude economy is of significant theoretical and practical value.Focusing on the empowerment of the low-altitude economy by spatiotemporal information,this paper elaborates on the current development status of the low-altitude economy as an emerging industry both domestically and internationally,and analyzes its industrial structure.By systematically reviewing the spatiotemporal information technology system of"spatiotemporal base—spatiotemporal perception—spatiotemporal intelligence—spatiotemporal security",a theoretical framework of"spatiotemporal cognition—decision optimization—execution coordination"is constructed to reveal how spatiotemporal information enhances the efficiency of resource allocation and the capability of risk control in the low-altitude economy.Furthermore,this paper proposes that spatiotemporal information can drive the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy from four aspects:consolidating low-altitude infrastructure,strengthening low-altitude monitoring and perception,supporting intelligent decision-making,and ensuring digital security.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions for constructing the overall framework system of the low-altitude economy,including consolidating spatiotemporal information infrastructure,establishing an empowerment standard system,improving technical adaptability,researching data security strategies,and carrying out full-chain empowerment pilots,so as to promote the safe,innovative and sustainable development of the low-altitude economy.关键词
